Mark started his insurance and financial service career in college as an intern for Northwestern Mutual. Upon graduation he returned to his hometown and opened a ‘scratch’ State Farm Agency. Over the next 25 years, Mark was promoted to various positions with State Farm and ultimately retired as a Vice President Agency, in Madison WI.

After taking nearly a year off, Mark then accepted a position as General Agent with Genworth Financial in their career Long Term Care Division. He had responsibility for recruiting and sales over a four-state area and built a $7 million-dollar book of business.

In 2016, Mark decided to do what he was passionate about once again and became Certified as a Senior Life & Health Specialist, with a specialty in helping seniors’ transition from their employer plans as they approach their Medicare years. Mark has developed a large client base and is able to guide his clients individually to their best solution, thus eliminating the navigational chaos around product selection.
 

Education:

Mark received a B.S. in Administrative Management from Southeast Missouri State University and completed the Executive Leadership Training Program at Darden School of Business in Charlottesville, Virginia.
